Return Policy

General Policy

These are efplus.com’s (“Electronic Forms Plus, Inc.”, “EFPlus”, “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you either directly from the efplus.com website or through EFPlus’ Customer Service Department via 888.337.2776 or fax at 951-329-9140.

You may return new, unopened products sold and fulfilled by EFPlus, Inc. within 30 days of the date of the invoice for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting EFPlus’ Customer Service through any of the methods provided at http://www.efplus.com/electronic-forms-contact.cfm.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any product not purchased from efplus.com or directly from EFPlus, Inc. via fax or email.
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial and/or item number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial and/or item number
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

If EFPlus no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) the approximate date of availability of the item(s), or 2) EFPlus can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which EFPlus states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only") must be returned to EFPlus within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by EFPlus, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

Memory Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days

This is our Memory Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which EFPlus states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only") must be returned to EFPlus within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by EFPlus, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you:

  • Any memory exhibiting physical damage
  • Modules that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number
  • "Kit" Modules (which contain memory modules packaged together with cables and A/C adaptors) that are not returned as complete set
  • Flash Memory, eformsBox (Smart, Net, Work, RAM) or any related product that is returned without the protective casing

Consumable Item Refund Only Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days (only if unopened)
  • Return for replacement within: Non-Replaceable

This is our Consumable Item Refund Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which EFPlus states "This item may be returned for a refund within 30 days only") must be returned to EFPlus within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by EFPlus, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

Consumable items are items such as Paper Products that are consumed once they are used. The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to EFPlus being returned to you:

  • Consumable items that have been opened
  • Consumable items lacking the original packaging

Memory Replacement/Exchange Only Policy

  • Return for refund within: non-refundable
  • Return for warranty replacement within: three (3) years

Products that state "This item is covered by EFPlus.com's Replacement Only Return/Exchange Policy", or items labeled as “Non-refundable” (or similar labeling) must be returned for an exchange to EFPlus within three (3) years of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by EFPlus, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you:

  • Any memory exhibiting physical damage
  • Modules that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number
  • "Kit" Modules (which contain memory modules packaged together with cables and A/C adaptors) that are not returned as complete set
  • Flash Memory, eformsBox (Smart, Net, Work, RAM) or any related product that is returned without the protective casing

Memory Warranty Replacement/Exchange Policy

  • Return for refund within: non-refundable
  • Return for replacement under warranty within: three (3) years
  • Return for replacement under warranty with additional charge: five (5) years

Terms & Conditions:

  • Upon request and with approval through our Technical Support Dept., you may return any defective eforms Box for warranty repair or replacement within three (3) years of the invoice date; or
  • If the device is more than 3 years from the invoice date, exchange a defective SmartBox for a fee of $50, or $100 for any other defective device (Net, Work, RAM box); or
  • Pay the full purchase price per unit if the units are over 5 years from the invoice date; or
  • Exchange for reprogramming, a working device under 3 years from the invoice date for a fee of $25.

Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement/exchange of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by EFPlus, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

The following conditions are not acceptable for replacement/exchange, and may result in the merchandise being returned to you or a charge for the full $200 per unit replacement cost:

  • Any memory exhibiting physical damage
  • Modules that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number
  • Flash Memory, eformsBox (Smart, Net, Work, RAM) or any related product that is returned without the protective casing
  • Any defective/exchanged unit(s) that is/are not returned during an exchange
