Hilton HPMS 2

e-forms are directly integrated with Hiltons HPMS 2 software for the following forms:

• 21 Folio
• 41 Registration (including the Reg/Key Packet)
• 31 City Ledger Statement
• 61 Zip Out
• 81 Foilo Summary

After the e-forms chip is installed in the local printer, Hilton Information Technologies will make an adjustment to the software settings to activate the electronic forms.

In general, the local printer front panel settings should be as follows:

• RESOLUTION: 600 (in the LJ4 this setting is on the JOB MENU)
• PCL MENU
  • FONT NUMBER: I 01
  • LINES PER PAGE: 60
  • PT SIZE: 10
